CARA

CARA (Coupar Angus Recreation Association) is the not-for-profit Charity Trust which manages the Multi-Sport, an All Weather Floodlit Playing Surface.

All work is voluntary, including organising meetings, fund raising and maintenance. CARA is now working in collaboration with cricket, football and tennis clubs to raise funds for a pavilion in Larghan Park.

Tennis, Football, Netball, Hockey

Several clubs and groups make use of Coupar Angus Multi-Sport, an All Weather Floodlit Playing Surface. Coaching sessions are organised for youngsters during school holidays. Five-a-side football is played by informal groups and for serious club training during the winter. Whatever your interest and ability, you should take advantage of this fine local sports facility.

The Coupar Angus Tennis Club has weekly club nights on Wednesdays during the spring and summer. Visitors are welcome to come along and join in. Tennis beginners will also receive encouragement.
